The client approached us with a POC that had very rudimentary features. Designwise, we started building Meridian's CRM from the ground up. Throughout our partnership, we defined a unique design language and design system, iterated on product strategy, and focused on creating a complex product with numerous connections, use cases, and user flows.
Our team also designed and built Meridian’s marketing website, along with various marketing materials and visual communications, including decks, promotional videos, and social media content.

Meridian uses AI throughout the platform to assist its customers with daily tasks by eliminating manual data entry, taking meeting notes, preparing summaries about deals and companies, and much more. Our team has designed numerous use cases and workflows where AI is integrated into the natural user experience, going well beyond traditional AI chatbot design.
Another core part of the entire platform is pipeline and deal management. Our team designed deals as a deeply integrated data element of companies. Together with companies and contacts, it forms a complete CRM block tailored for the PE industry and utilizes AI at its core.
CRMs keep lots of data, but without the right tools, it has very little use. Our team collaborated closely with Meridian to design a robust method for working with dynamic views, data tables, and kanban. Users can create views, customize columns, change how they see data, and much more.
Another crucial element that sets Meridian apart from competitors are the built-in tools designed for private equity markets from the ground up. They allow teams to align on the priorities of their opportunities and secure better deals in the end.
For PE teams, meetings are central to their processes. Our team designed workflows and meeting types that are built specifically for private equity and tailored to their way of working.
With a project of such complexity and size as Meridian, it’s crucial to have a powerful and comprehensive design system and documentation. Our approach for creating and maintaining design systems is mastered with years of experience and dozens of completed projects. Our design documentation is integral to seamless product development.
Another significant aspect of our collaboration with Meridian was a total overhaul of their marketing website. We established a new design language, created a fully responsive website, and developed it using Webflow. The result is a stunning, responsive, and high-performing website that generates leads and sales.
As part of the website development and Meridian’s marketing efforts, we also prepared numerous animations and ads and created a promotional video. With a comprehensive approach to design, we established and refined a cohesive design and brand language.
