Responsibilities
Search for candidates via LinkedIn and other resources:
Analyze new applications;
Communicate with candidates on every step of the recruitment process by LinkedIn, mail, phone calls etc.;
Schedule Interviews with HR Manager and Design Directors;
Prepare monthly recruitment reports;
Back-up office management.
