Proven experience in IT Sales, preferably with design;
Understanding digital product design and its stages;
Proficiency in Sales Navigator and lead management systems;
Strong understanding of all stages of the sales process;
Knowledge of how to work with different sales channels;
Experience with email marketing;
Experience with Hubspot would be a plus;
Advanced level of English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Individual approach to every prospect;
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets;
Attentive to details, responsible, honest, and friendly person;

Responsibilities
Take ownership of generating qualified leads and converting them into new projects by implementing effective lead generation strategies aligned with the agency’s sales targets;
Prospecting: identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments that can benefit from our digital product design services;
Outreach: execute outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, different platforms, and networking events;
Lead Nurturing: build and maintain relationships with leads through personalized follow-ups, providing valuable insights, and addressing their inquiries;
Market Research: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt the lead generation strategy accordingly;
Online calls with potential clients: presenting our design services to potential clients.
Reporting: generate regular reports to update the management team on the status of lead generation efforts and results.
