Junior Product Designer

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial work experience in UX/UI or Product Design is required, showcasing a solid foundation in the field.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles is essential, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
A portfolio that demonstrates design skills, creativity, and problem-solving aptitude, highlighting individual contributions to projects.
Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, enabling clear and effective communication in a professional setting.
Familiarity with Figma, including components, prototyping, and auto-layout, is crucial for executing high-fidelity designs.
Personal maturity is evident in the ability to communicate effectively, handle feedback constructively, and offer meaningful critiques.
Open-mindedness and honesty are key traits, combined with a strong motivation for professional development and continuous learning.
Capability to work efficiently in a team environment, contributing to collaborative projects and supporting team goals.

Responsibilities

Working in close collaboration with teammates, the design director, and clients;
Designing top-level digital products and experiences through a collaborative process, rapid prototyping, usability testing, and proper design documentation;
Transforming business requirements and user needs into perfectly crafted user interfaces.
